How to: Drag-and-drop an item.
Solution:
Press and hold the LEFT mouse button to move a selected item or hold CTRL to copy and item and drag to the desired place.
NOTE: To use the drag-and-drop feature between two applications, both applications must support object linking and embedding.
1) Select the item to move or copy.
2) Point to the edge of the selected item. (The mouse pointer appears.)
3) Do one of the following:
a) To move the selected item, press and hold down the left mouse button and drag the item to the desired place.
b) To copy the selected item, hold down the CTRL key, press and hold down the mouse button, and drag the item to the desired place.
4) Release the mouse button.
